After waiting on hold for over an hour to request promised rewards, on 01/16/19 I received an email to register for my Prepaid Mastercard. When I click the "Getreward now" button in email, it always takes me to a page that states, "We are sorry, but a problem with your request has occured." Contacted customer support once again... was transferred for "support" overseas, the "customer service" reps on the phone barely speak English and she was unable to help me.
I see too many forum posters with similar issues, this is definitely problems with "refer a friend program".
