Hello I was trying to upgrade my service to include the new Fios home router but the page hangs with the three loading dots. I have cleared all cookies/cached data, disabled extensions, tried other browsers (even the myfios app hangs here).
I also cannot connect to support chat, it prompts me to sign in then redirects me to myfios home page.
Is there any way to resolve this?
