I was able to retrieve my $100 welcome bonus two weeks ago. The first time, I tried to use it to pay my internet bill and was told that it cannot be used to prepay the bill. Today the bill needs to be paid and the bonus is nowhere to be found. The link to redeem is not working anymore.
