I've been attempting to redeem a $50 eGift Card, but keep receiving this error message "Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later."
I've asked via the support chat, who provided the number for the gift card support team (which doesn't help because they require you to know what your gift card number is).

Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
