Unable to redeem $50 Xbox e-gift card

Today, I became eligible to redeem the rewards that came with my Fios package. I received separate emails about both rewards. One was an ethernet adapter, which I was able to redeem. The other, a $50 Xbox e-gift card, is nowhere to be found on my dashboard. Unlike the adapter, there is no tile for it.
