Unable to redeem Samsung reward

I received the email to redeem my Samsung reward, even downloaded the  Verizon app and I keep getting an error message, they can't access my reward code and to check back later.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents, who will be assisting you privately.
