Unable to redeem either $100 gift cards

Like many others in this forum, i am unable to redeem the gift cards---they both appear as links on my account landing page, but clicking 'redeem' on either of them just redirects me back to my account landing page.

It seems like somebody should have fixed this issue since so many people have been having it.
