Unable to redeem gift card

Same as others, never ending loop of being taken back to the homepage when clicking redeem for my $200 gift card. Spent 30 minutes with customer service yesterday, to be given a phone number to call that was for when you already redeemed. After an hour of no resolution with a chat, where it took over 30 minutes to 'process a ticket'. I refused to spend additional time waiting, so here I am.

Have tried multiple browsers, devices, the app. Cleared cache and cookies. This is ridiculous.
