Unable to redeem my $200 Verizon Fios gift card

As part of signing bous.  I got several emails that my $200 gift card was available.  

I am unable to redeem.  Either an error message that Verizon cannot finding matching information, which is rediculous since I'm logged in with verified details, or a system issue.  I have chatted about this with an army of online associates, to no avail.   i would like to register my card so that I can pay my Verizon bill. This card was part of a promotion for signing up and I fell Verizon is not honoring it now
