Unable to redeem samsung offer... was told on the phone someone would email me, no email rec'd

I have tried chatbot and talking on the phone to people, no help. Even reached out on twitter... still no help. All i want to do is redeem my $200 offer for samsung. It's going to expire soon and through no fault of my own, I can't redeem it. Like other said, no "Redeem" link via the app, and the link in my email that came out in August didn't work.
