Unable to register for my Prepaid MasterCard - Referral Program

I received an email  that I need to register for my Prepaid MasterCard. (This is because I used Refer a Friend)  When I click the "Get reward now" button in the email,  I get an error from my browser (I have tried several different browsers)  The error is:

Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://mstg.verizon.com/myverizonmobile/signin.aspx”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page

How do I register for my card?  I have been unable to get through via phone or chat.  Please help.  Thanks!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
