I called Verizon Fios 2 days ago to see if they could reduce my bill as it has been creeping up steadily lately. I was put into another 2 year contract without my authorization. I was told by the rep that after I reviewed the email they sent me of the changes, if I did not find the changes acceptable, to call up and cancel the changes. So, I called up within 2 days and was told by another rep I was put into a 2 year contract and no one could help me. The person on the phone would not connect me to a Supervisor. Fios baited and stuck me without my authorization and by lying to me in another 2 year contract. Why would I go into a two year contract to save a whopping $10...seriously. I will be contacting the Dept of Consumer Affairs. This company has become dishonest. This scam will not hold up. Can't even talk to someone in the US...unbelievable!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware!

Hi Julie213,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
