Unlink Old HOME/Fios Account from MOBILE/Wireless Account

Have spent 50+ hours over a period of multiple days being transferred around customer service. 

I need to unlink an old Fios account from my current mobile account. I do not want "ONE VERIZON ID"

There is no option to do this online, even though the old Fios account is no longer active.  No one helps, no one knows how to do this, and yet it seems SO SIMPLE.  Could not be more frustrated.  

I have tried discussing this with various people in account services and technical support on both the Verizon home and the Verizon mobile sides, but nobody has been able to process my request.  Does anyone know how I can get this completed?
