Unreturned Equipment charge

I returned my equipments at one of the local stores that I was told I can use. Why does verizon still charges me for unreturned HD Set Box.  All the equipments were together and somehow they didn't receive just this one. I shouldn't have to pay something that I returned.

I have been home bound for a month because of injury and have went passed 30 days can drive now and return set top box to store when i do will fee be drop i can not afored it
