Greetings - we have an unsecured utility box in our front yard. After rains, the box fills completely with water, floating the lids off, exposing the cables, and creating a significant drainage issue on the adjacent sidewalk. Additionally, our small community has other unsecured/open Verizon utility boxes that are creating an unsafe condition.
