Utility Pole Problem

Our local Utility, BGE has replaced some utility poles on my street.

The pole directly in front of my house has the FIOS junction box for the whole neighborhood attached. They were unable to place the new one next to it, so they cut off the old pole and attached it to the street side of the new pole they put in.

the old pole is slightly overhanging the street, but the concerning part, is the FIOS c box. to place the new pole, BGE twisted the box and it's supports/platform so that it is significantly overhanging the street.  By about 2 to 3 feet. The platform is only about 6 to 7 feet above the ground.

I am concerned that a bus or truck will hit this, and shut down FIOS service for some length of time.

Who can I contact to escalate the moving of the junction box?
