I need an urgent escalation from helpdesk, the pole in my back yard was recently worked on by Osmose subcontractors (Verizon owned pole) and they drove in metal support rods that cracked the already aging and decaying wood. I had a carpenter and engineer come look at the pole and they told me it is in urgent need of repair and could fall over and injure people.
