Vault Cover needs replacement VZ NEVER SHOWS UP

It's almost been a month since I opened this ticket, I have called in perhaps 20 times since with no action.  I was told that are coming today...but guess what...no ones here AGAIN

 

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET A VAULT COVER REPLACED ???
