Recently received a $100 Verizon gift card for renewing.
Supposed to be able to put towards a bill but the web site will not accept the card.
Several calls to customer service and no one knows anything.
Told CS to please resolve this or would switch to xfinity for much better deal but got no reaction.
Anyone else with this problem and possible solution.
