I tried to sign up for the Verizon Connection discount. I received an e-mail at my work e-mail address and followed the link to sign up. I was given an error saying that my information could not be verified. I called customer service and their only suggestion was that I retry the process. They couldn't help otherwise. What a way to run a discount program.
