I have been trying the past week to sign up to get my $10 discount for having a triple play and being a qualified federal employee for my discount. The only problem is the website doesnt work. When you try to put in your work email it tells you to check the company name...yet there is no place to type one. Then you click "I dont have an email" and then the place for the company name pops up but it still needs your work email... I filled in all blanks and even was able to upload proof of employment. It says I will get an email within two business days but nothing has come through. I've checked junk mail and in the firewall quarentined mail. Called customer service and get told there is nothing they can do I just have to wait for the website to work. BULL **bleep**. I want my discount added to this bill before I just cancel so I dont get locked into a contract with a company that doesnt stand behind their claims.
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
