I have a website that when someone views from Verizon DNS, the site does not work. "This site cannot be reached".
In doing some tests, users that have the problem, their Verizon DNS is
71.250.0.144
71.250.0.150
If these users change their DNS or switch to a different network not using Verizon internet services DNS, the site loads fine.
Other folks that have Verizon internet, can get to the site, but they use different Verizon internet services DNS
71.242.0.136
71.242.0.140
71.242.0.142
71.242.0.148
71.250.0.132
Any ideas how to fix this? I checked with my registrar and the correct A record for the site is set there and they cannot identify any issues. Just seems some folks can't get to it using Verizon DNS from above.
Any help appreciated!

You can try Verizon's social media support. You can reach them using @Verizonsupport on Twitter or https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect.
You can also try posting in https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzfiber, as the user base there is more technical than here.
