My house has had a sewer issue for the past 3 years. It was originally attributed to a tree in our front yard and it's roots. Upon cutting down the tree and digging up the sewer line for replacement, it was determined that the issue was NOT the tree, but a Fios line was installed directly through my sewer line. The county is fixing the sewer line, but I have 5 plumber repair calls and carpet cleanings that are a direct result of the negligence of the install. We do not even have Fios at our house and feel we should be reimbursed for all the damages. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.
