Verizon Fios customer service

This co. is the worse in the world to try to contact. Chat is either off line or busy (try again). Wait time to talk to someone is always 16-21 minutes and they do not have email. I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can leave them.

When you have a gazillion customers I would think 16-21 minutes to be great.
You are I are not the only customers. Patience is a necessity.
