Verizon Gift Card

 I signed up for Verizon Fios and was told I would receive a $100 gift card. I have not received the card although I have been waiting for a few months. I have called Verizon and spoken with representatives and I have internet chatted with representatives about this issue. I am told I will get the gift card, yet I do not have it. Thanks.
