I was promised an xbox elite series 2 controller

And it was the main reason i went with verizon, we were happy with century link.

It was suppose to be a free 30 day try out and if I liked it I can pursue! But

the internet is trash and slower downloads slow streaming slow loading slow everything! For 50-60$ a month plus 110$ fee not worth it i was paying 40$ 

My tmobile phone is faster. 

And i keep getting this error message for trying to claim my reward i was promised
