We contacted Verizon over two weeks ago regarding a pole that is completely rotted at the base and the only thing holding it up is the fence it is leaning on. A technician was sent out to look at the pole over two weeks ago saying "It is bad" and that they will replace it. He said if no one showed up within a week to contact Verizon again. It's been over 2 weeks, who can escalate this situation to get the p ole fixed. It is a safety hazard.
