Verizon Telephone Pole

Hello, I bought a house back in October with a broken telephone pole in the front. This Broken pole is being held up by another telephone that was also Broken at some point. This seems very dangerous to me and it needs to be fixed. There is already a new telephone pole installed but all the wires need to be moved over and the old poles removed. Who can I speak to in order to ensure this will be done and when? I am not a Verizon customer but my electric company, Eversource, says Verizon owns the pole and needs to be the one who fixes it. Iv called Verizon 3 times, each time ensuring it will be taken care of but never has been. Please help!

Hi rcote04,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

I recently purchased a property that has a Verizon telephone pole on it in a terrible location. I have documentation showing that Verizon has previously committed to moving the pole/easement. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to discuss this issue by calling 1-800-MYVERIZON. Any suggestions to contact the right department would be appreciated.
