As many others, I received an email to redeem my gift card but the link from the email does not go anywhere remotely useful. I do not understand how this company can treat its customers so badly. It is unbelievable how many people have the same issue and Fios has no intention of fixing it. Do not promise people a gift card when they sign for your service if you are not planning to give it back. And why send this email? Why should I spend my time trying to search all over the internet how to redeem a reward I was promised??? You should be ashamed
