Verizon WEBPAGE Doesn't function

I've called Verizon 4 times
I've chatted with Verizon three times
I let Verizon verify the problem is not with my computers
Each time the technical support stated they had to contact someone else and wasted more than ONE HOUR of my time
Verizon cannot fix the malfunctioning webpage located at:
https://www22.verizon.com/foryourhome/myaccount/ngen/pr/svcs/phone.aspx
I wish they would follow through with the commitments made by their technical staff and fix the webpage
