When did Verizon overhaul their website? We just went through a hellish nightmare of password resets via phone, and PIN verification texts in an endless loop of login screens. It finally stopped and we were able to login. The primary email for the account was some scrambled garbage making it useless for verification.

Don’t feel bad. Verizon does this all the time. Their web people have to be kids drinking colas in the back room.
The wireless log in is even more screwed up.
They did a combo for their web portal so now Fios and Wireless are the same url but the residential and wireless tabs separate the services.
They should leave well enough alone.
