I purchased 5x $100 Verizon gift cards on 12/17 and when they arrived all of them appear invalid.
I've tried calling for support, which resulted in me waiting on the line for almost an hour to see is someone from the appropriate department could be reached...based on other posts I see here this continues to be a frequent issue for Verizon.
Please someone help me get this issue resolved and my giftcards activated so I can use them to pay my bills.
