Can anyone tell me how to report a Verizon cable that is being abraded by a tree branch. This will in time interrupt service to a few people.
I could not readily find a phone number or web link.
This is in Westchester county - just north of NYC.
Well, --- I tried the 800 verizon number this morning and played "phone tag" for over a half hour. Seems like no one takes care of, or cares about Verizon "outside plant". Everything is geared toward troubles on individual lines.
I've lost my incentive for now, but at some future time I'll try again.
