A Verizon construction crew severed my sewage line and I have struggled to get clear answers via phone. I have been given a series of different phone numbers all leading me in an unhelpful loop. I just need to know if Verizon will repair the damage or if I need to schedule the repairs so I can be reimbursed.
My plumber inspected the damage and said it would be impossible for the damage to have been done any other way. I need Verizon to help!
