I was promised a $50 gift card when ordering the Fios internet. I have't received the gift card yet. I called the number that the online chat tells, no one answers. On some calls, the music stops after 18-20 mins but still no one speaks. I chatted with a live agent and they ask to clear cache and retry or use different browser. Not sure how that can help with the offer to show up on my accounts page. They say they escalated and someone will be intouch in 8-10 business days but no answer. Please tell me how do i proceed ?
