Similar to another drainage damage post in this community, I have a very similar experience with Verizon.
I have tried for so many days since 12.5.2023 to get hold of anyone that was HUMAN ,I never can get a human to help me on this urgent case.
When Verizon installed the "GREEN VERIZON BOX '' in my front yard...They BROKE my water drainage pipe exit end that comes from my backyard to the street. Now it is causing water damage to my house, water overflowing back to my basement and causing a lot of water damage, need restoration, dry and rebuild.
I spent so many hours on the phone with a Verizon 800 number customer service associate, they even filed a claim ticket for me:NYB50444AP—claim ticket --Verizon.
Since 12.5.2023 to now, almost 1.5 months now, I haven't see any real human technician visit my place or check with me, can anyone help? Thank you!
