Verizon is going third world

I called Verizon FOUR TIMES today, well more than that, I hung up several times because it takes ten minutes to get through the robots. Waste of my time, you can't write them (no email provided). I had very simple questions that my homepage did not answer and each time there was an issue i had to press 1 then press 3 then give my zip code which the robot couldn't hear. Is there a service that isn't this difficult to get a human being on? I've here Xfinity is better, does anyone have luck with them?
