We have been dealing with a huge plumbing issue and found out today it was due to the Fios line breaking our main pipe. When the plumbers discovered the issue they contacted Verizon and the worker came to our house, acknowledged the issue said he would be back and never returned. This issue caused damage to our bathroom and yard along with plumber costs in the thousands.
