Verizon came, placed a new pole 4ft approx from old one as the old one was decayed and verizons wires are only 15 ft off the ground and hitting deck of home. Let's put aside how fence was smashed during install as the Verizon wires were so low and team maneuvered pole into spot. Old pole was topped off. PSEG came and moved all electric to new pole top. We were told by PSEG nassua county law requires, Verizon 30 days to move their wires to the new pole and higher. We were also told PSEG put a ticket in for that to happen. Verizon wires were creating a dangerous situation. We now have two poles. Electric on one and Verizon wires on old which is legally to be removed. No one in Verizon's offices will communicate and we need help. Any suggestions?
