Very frustrated with Verizon Fios

I've spent more than half my day chatting with Verizon reps and making actions in my online accounts, so bad. All I wanted to do was to use my existing Verizon Fios account to add one more wireless connection in my second house. I was told I needed to create a new account, I couldn't log in for a few hours and they couldn't fix why. Now I can log in, but I can't edit my contact number for the technician - I edited it, but it doesn't reflect and the page gets stuck on "Done" - nothing happens when you click that and nothing changes when you refresh it. Same thing when I try to change my contact number in the account page (at least here if finally worked on the App)

I've done this now on Desktop - Chrome, Safari and after clearing cookies, I've also tried it on Mobile Web and App environments. I just cannot believe how bad the My Verizon experience is. I can't add another Wifi line to my existing account? I can't change my contact number for the technician due to your poor web and app user experience? Terrible. Half a day chatting with Verizon reps and this is still not resolved.
