Speaking as a veteran myself, we are not guaranteed any discounts anywhere from any business unless they want to give us one. I donโt find myself entitled however Verizon offers the discount on sign up, not after the sale. Itโs their service they can do what they please.
on the wireless side they offer 15% off but again you have to send in the DD214 or a copy of your Veterans ID card. But they can discontinue this benefit (not a right) at their discretion.
check with other providers and you may be surprised at what they offer and do not offer.
