Short answer NO. Not unless you use the plan on sign up below. 

however there is a program where you can sign up as a triple play and get the veteran discount.

Speaking as a veteran myself, we are not guaranteed any discounts anywhere from any business unless they want to give us one. I donโ€™t find myself entitled however Verizon offers the discount on sign up, not after the sale. Itโ€™s their service they can do what they please.

on the wireless side they offer 15% off but again you have to send in the DD214 or a copy of your Veterans ID card. But they can discontinue this benefit (not a right) at their discretion.

check with other providers and you may be surprised at what they offer and do not offer.
