Like many others, I can not redeem my visa prepaid cards of $200. I had the link in my account and I should have been able to redeem them yesterday but the links didn't work. Now the links have disappeared. I want to be ensured my cards have been processed as promised. It is frustrating to see that so many people have had the same problem. I hope it is not a problem by design by Verizon to get new business and not deliver what was promised. Please contact me to help facilitate me receiving my gift cards.
I have now received the emails that state that I can redeem my reward, but the Tiles it says to click on in my account are not there. They were present up until I could redeem my reward, then now they are gone.
