I am having the EXACT same problem! I’m so upset and frustrated! I’ve spoke with different agents and chatted with them explaining the problem Also, the gift cards aren't anywhere to be found and I have not recieved an email to redeem them..they keep telling me the promotion department is having issues...really then fix the problem also...I chatted with someone this and they told me I had to call Verizon... well I did and still got nowhere..my next step is to call the attorney general office to see what can be done...I have had my mobile phone with Verizon for close to 20 yrs and I am very shocked to see how they are teaching their customers and the whole situation.
