Watch Fios TV not working via browser on laptop

I am having an issue with some channels not working when I visit tv.verizon.com/watch/guide.

Until the last few weeks, I could watch all channels included in our cable package through tv.verizon.com/watch. As the Verizon Fios website says "Watch Fios TV: Stream live content on your web browser, tablet or smartphone" however this claim isn't currently being fulfilled.

Last week the site would show "channel unavailable" for every single channel. So I knew this was a tech issue, as nothing has changed with our Fios package. Clicking on a channel to watch brought an error message claiming I was not at my house on the home wifi. Although I am home, and on the Verizon wifi (I know if I use my mesh network it won't recognize I'm home). Error message screenshot:

After chatting with a support tech online earlier this week, they suggested resetting my router. I had already tried clearing my cookies and cache, to no success. Resetting my router did bring back the bulk of the channels. However, all of the local broadcast affiliates are not working, ie. ABC, CW, CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS. They currently show as unavailable. You can see this in the screenshot below--which is where I have filtered the guide for "subscribed" channels in HD (note the filters at the top right). So, Fios knows I am paying to access these channels but is preventing me from watching them.

I would greatly appreciate help solving this issue. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Brave browsers so it is not a browser-specific issue. Fios support online/phone is not helpful. They scheduled an in-person tech visit today, and of course, that tech said it's nothing he can solve and they shouldn't have assigned a tech home visit at all.

Interestingly, these channels are working properly to stream via the app on iPad or iPhone. Just not the Watch Fios website viewed through a browser.

I prefer to be able to use my laptop if others in my home are using the TV, whether I hook it to another monitor or not (but certainly that's a huge benefit versus an app). Frequently the iPad is also in use by my wife. Watching via phone is not ideal for live sports when I'm in my own house on the wifi and should be able to stream these channels on the laptop.

Worth noting I have Fios cable, internet, and Verizon mobile service and am a long-time loyal customer. Relatively tech-savvy but stumped in this case.
