Is it me or is it just Verizon has the lousest web programmers... The Holiday package links don't work on thier website or out of the e-mail... It loads up a page saying the "Webpage has stepped out"  Really... That is professional... Then when I chat with someone trying to get the service I sit there for so long because they are helping me and three to four other people in their cue and I get bored so I just cut them off... No real customer service there... If they want the business they should at least treat you like your number 1 while being serviced... No so much here... Sorry if I posted in the wrong place, but there wasn't a forum for this...
