I am trying to setup with MY bank... the contact info for Verizon. I downloaded my bill, but NOWHERE on it... contains the billing zipcode (required) to create a payee for Verizon. I chatted w/ one of their reps, but it was useless.
I have to say, I like Verizon's serice better than Optimum... but their support options stink.

On your invoice there is also a bill remittance address. And if looking at an online copy it also shows the proper address.
amazing Verizon support doesn’t know their own address.
