I sent back a STB and one of those digital adaptor channel controllers via UPS. I have the tracking numbers but since there is no email address that I can find on the web site, I assume this forum is how I get their attention? I am unable to call during the times the website tell me I have to.
It's been a while and the equipment is still showing up. I know FIOS bill a month in advance and I would like it if my bill was properly adjusted.

You need to take that up with the billing department. Or, you might try sending a private message to one of the Verizon employees that monitor these forums. If you are nice either one will help you!!!
