I received a letter saying becasue I was such a loyal customer I was ghetting $15 off by signing another two year agreement. Turnsout, it's $15 off the "new" pricing, which is $15 more than my current pricing, ultimately meaning there is no real discount at all. SOme loyalty program you have... brutal...
