I received an email on 05/04/2022 I would get an egift card in 7-10 business. Still have not received my card and the link in the email to check the status does not exist. It seems I am not the only one who has not received contractual gift card and it all appears a bit fraudulent Verizon. Please let me know when I can expect my gift card or a $200 credit on my account. I will escalate this further if needed and file a formal complaint with governing authorities.
