I received an email telling me that time was running out and to redeem my offer today. I clicked on the link in the email and it took me to no such place to accomplish this task. The link sent me to the generic profile screen you see when you log in. There was no "Amazon redeem tile" as is described in the FAQs. There is no present way to redeem the reward I was promised when I signed up for internet service. Is there any way to fix this or is the Amazon reward not real?
